I have just received your lettter wishing us all the best with the sale of our property. I thought I’d take the time to say thank you for your assistance in the lead up to the sale and for your ongoing professionalism and courtesy.
It seems to be something of a rarity at the moment and it was refreshing to see that one of the first people we spoke to regarding the potential sale of our house was also one of the best. We encountered an incredible range of quality in our travels from the truly outstanding to the downright appalling – this was both in the property valuation experiences and in the presentation of other homes for sale. There really are agents out there that will do little more than stand in the kitchen of a house and wait for you to tell them you’d like to buy it! Then there’s the people who do an incredible sales presentation but don’t actually listen to what you want because they’re too busy talking about themselves to listen to the customer.
Finally, there’s the agents such as yourselves who listened to us, who discussed with us at length their thoughts on the sale and strategies for our property and who were very well presented and professional without being over the top (I find agents that look like New York stockbrokers and who drive $300k cars to be intimidating and arrogant – they’re clearly making too much money from me!). It was exactly the type of experience that I expected, being in frontline sales myself, right off the bat and I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to speak to yourselves when buying or selling a property.
In short, thank you both very much for your time and as I said, I would recommend yourselves and your team to all and sundry.
We were completely satisfied with the manner in which Paragon Property handled the sale of our property.
