Troy Withnell
Property Manager

Paragon Property welcomes Troy to our Property Management Team.

Troy began his career in Real Estate in 2014 as a Customer Service Officer for a mortgage finance firm and made the move to Property Management in early 2016.
Starting as an Assistant Property Manager helped in shaping his skills to take on the role as a Property Manager managing his own portfolio.

You’ll find Troy to be honest, reliable, and a professional agent who brings to the team exceptional organisational skills and a positive attitude which reflects in all his communication with our clients and fellow team members.

Being the owner of an investment property himself, Troy knows first hand what he would expect from a Property Manager and ensures he delivers that same outstanding service.

Whether at home or career orientated, Troy loves a challenge and always finds a solution which is what makes him an integral part of our team!
